1. Returns Policy
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we accept returns on eligible products subject to the conditions below.
Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit the Return Request Form on our website
- Our support team will contact you to review the concern
- Once approved, you may proceed with the return
Reverse Shipping
- Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
- Wellgiver will bear reverse shipping costs up to ₹200.
- If the shipping cost exceeds ₹200, the additional amount must be borne by the customer.
- Reverse pickup services are currently not available.
- We recommend packing the product tightly and securely to reduce volumetric weight and shipping charges.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
- All returns are subject to a successful quality inspection
Non-Returnable Products
- Certain products such as foldable mattresses
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
2. Exchange Policy

Yes, exchanges are available for eligible products.
Exchange Timeframe
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Exchange completion may take 7–10 working days
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Fill out the Exchange Request Form
- Our team will contact you for verification
- Once approved, the exchange process will begin
Reverse Shipping for Exchanges
- Return shipping for exchanges must be arranged by the customer
- Wellgiver will bear reverse shipping costs up to ₹200
- Any amount above ₹200 will be borne by the customer
- Replacement product will be shipped after the returned item passes inspection
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be in original, unused condition
- Each product is eligible for one time exchange only
Colour Mismatch
If you receive a different colour than ordered:
- Raise an exchange request mentioning “Colour Mismatch”
- Product must be unused with tags intact
- Replacement will be dispatched after verification
3. Purchases from Other Platforms
Orders placed on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, or other marketplaces are governed by their respective policies.

4. Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after return approval
- Bank processing times may vary
Refund Methods
- Prepaid Orders – Refunded to the original payment method
- COD Orders – Bank details will be collected during return initiation
- Wellgiver Credits – Issued as store credits (non-refundable)
Refund Confirmation
- Email or SMS confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed

Refund reference name
Refunds will reflect under Bael Health Private Limited, our parent company.
5. Support & Order Assistance
Order not showing correctly?
Verify your order ID and payment details and contact our support team.
Partial refund received?
Ensure all returned items were included in the return request. Contact us if discrepancies remain.
Cancelling a Return or Exchange
Contact us with your order details at the earliest. We’ll notify you once the request is processed.
