1. Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes at an additional convenience fee of ₹50.
2. Dispatch & Timeline
We know you’re eager to start your wellness routine. Our team works diligently to get your order out as fast as possible.
- Order Processing: All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Operating Days: We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
o Metro Cities:3 – 5 Business Days
o Tier 2 & 3 Cities:5 – 7 Business Days
o Northeast & Remote Areas: 7 – 12 Business Days
o Delivery timelines may vary based on location and factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, courier delays).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via Email containing your unique Tracking Link.
- You can also track your package directly by logging into your Wellgiver Account under the "My Orders" section.
4. Safe Packaging
All Wellgiver products are packed in tamper-evidentpackaging to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.
5. Address Changes
We can only modify shipping addresses if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please reach out to us at support@mywellgiver.com
6. Risk of Loss & Damage
All items purchased from Wellgiver are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will facilitate a priority investigation and provide a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
7. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
While we ship to over 20,000+ pin codes across India, certain remote locations may temporarily be non-serviceable. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you within 48 hours and process a full refund for prepaid orders.
